维也纳城市治理经验对北京的启示

【摘要】：维也纳作为历史文化名城,首都设施在更新换代的同时,面向科技、面向绿色进行了多年探索。通过对城市老旧基础设施的更新、道路与功能区的再规划,使古老而拥挤的维也纳焕发出新的魅力,而完善的基础配套与宜居的环境也是维也纳散发恒久魅力的关键。北京市在首都治理中可以借鉴维也纳的成功治理经验。
[Abstract]:As a famous historical and cultural city, Vienna's capital facilities have been explored for many years in the face of science and technology and green. Through the renewal of the old urban infrastructure and the re-planning of the roads and functional areas, the old and crowded Vienna is enchanted with new charm, and the perfect basic matching and livable environment are also the key to the lasting charm of Vienna. Beijing can learn from the successful management experience of Vienna in the capital governance.
