城市独生子女空巢家庭养老问题的社会工作介入研究

【摘要】：上世纪70年代,为了控制我国人口总量、抑制人口的高增长,政府在全国范围内推行了独生子女生育政策,客观上缓解了我国庞大的人口压力,顺应了时代的发展。然而,近几十年来,随着我国城市独生子女逐渐长大成人,他们开始离家外出求学就业,使得许多独生子女家庭提前进入“空巢”期,这导致独生子女父母的养老问题频发,尤其体现在精神赡养方面。本文在社会工作理论的指导下,结合国内外研究成果,运用专业的社会工作手法,对城市独生子女空巢家庭养老问题的典型案例进行介入,以达到帮助老人脱离空巢困境、摆脱消极情绪的目的。在此基础上,探究社会工作对于解决独生子女父母养老问题的可行性和必要性,探寻推动老年社会工作发展的具体对策与路径。养老问题是关系我国国计民生和长治久安的重要社会问题。未来城市独生子女空巢家庭的数量会继续扩大,需要引起全社会的广泛关注。本文在提倡推广专业社会工作介入独生子女父母养老问题之外,呼吁其他社会主体也应对其予以重视,为独生子女空巢家庭老人提供良好的养老环境,促进养老事业的发展,这对于我国和谐社会的构建也具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:In the 1970s, in order to control the total population of our country and restrain the high growth of population, the government carried out the policy of one-child birth in the whole country, which objectively alleviated the huge population pressure of our country and complied with the development of the times. However, in recent decades, as only children in cities in China have grown up, they have begun to leave their homes for study and employment, which has led many one-child families to enter the "empty nest" period ahead of schedule. This has led to the frequent problem of providing for the aged for only child parents. Under the guidance of social work theory and combining with the domestic and foreign research results, this paper uses professional social work techniques to intervene in the typical cases of urban one-child empty nest family pension problem. In order to help the elderly out of the empty nest dilemma, out of negative emotions. On this basis, it explores the feasibility and necessity of social work for solving the problem of providing for the aged by only child parents. The old-age problem is an important social problem related to the national economy and the people's livelihood and long-term stability of our country. The number of urban one-child empty nest families will continue to expand in the future, which needs the attention of the whole society. In addition to advocating the professional social work to be involved in the pension problem of only child parents, this paper calls on other social subjects to pay attention to it, to provide a good environment for the elderly in the one-child empty-nest family, and to promote the development of the old-age service. This is also of great significance to the construction of a harmonious society in our country.
