隐性网络自组织——互联网集体行动中的组织状态和治理困境

【摘要】:传统认知中,中国社会是一个缺乏社会组织的社会,但在互联网时代,社会组织形态发生了变化。本文聚焦互联网集体行动中的组织形态,提出网络集体行动中存在着"隐性网络自组织"的形态这一理论假设。受到网络社会中速度和时间变迁的影响,隐性网络自组织在特定事件激发之前呈现出一种隐性状态,同时呈现出"个体行动者集合"和"组织"的临界状态。受到特定事件的激发,网络自组织的形成是一种瞬时结构化的过程,时空的压缩和社会互动情境的提前建构,使网络社会中个体行动者完成时间趋近于零的结构化,瞬间发挥传统组织的功能。隐性网络自组织的存在,模糊了传统意义上个体与组织的边界,是国家网络社会治理的难点和重点,也是网络社会中权力结构变迁的体现。
[Abstract]:In the traditional cognition, Chinese society is a society lacking social organization, but in the Internet era, the form of social organization has changed. This paper focuses on the organizational form of the Internet collective action, and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis that there is a "recessive network self-organization" pattern in the network collective action. Influenced by the changes of speed and time in the network society, the self-organization of recessive network presents a kind of recessive state before the specific event is excited, and presents the critical state of "individual actor set" and "organization" at the same time. Inspired by specific events, the formation of network self-organization is a kind of instantaneous structured process. The compression of time and space and the construction of social interaction situation in advance make the individual actors in the network society complete the structuralization of time approaching zero. Give full play to the function of traditional organization in an instant. The existence of recessive network self-organization has blurred the boundary between individual and organization in the traditional sense. It is the difficult point and key point of national network society governance, and it is also the embodiment of power structure vicissitude in network society.
