大学生情绪与自我控制的关系研究

【摘要】:情绪和行为的关系一直是国内外研究者关注的重要问题之一。20世纪90年代以来,情绪与自我控制相关的研究逐渐兴起,尤其是对消极情绪的关注。另外一方面,与自我控制的资源模型的研究也有了新的进展。但迄今为止,人们对下述问题尚无清晰的答案:基于西方文化提出的自我损耗模型对我国大学生是否同样适用?情绪对自我控制影响的同时,自我控制对情绪又有什么样的影响?不同情绪对自我损耗恢复的影响有何不同?这些问题的澄清对于我们深入了解情绪与自我控制的关系,减少情绪对个体自我控制的消极影响,提高个体工作、学习、生活的质量,有重要的意义与价值。这也是本研究的研究目的。 本研究运用实验法,对情绪与自我控制行为之间的关系进行了研究,研究一结果表明:自我控制的资源模型在中国大学生中适用性良好。研究二结果表明:情绪材料有效诱发了不同效价的情绪,中性情绪组的个体在自我控制上显著高于消极情绪组、积极情绪组,而消极情绪组和积极情绪组没有显著差异。研究三表明自我控制任务之后个体的情绪愉悦度下降。研究四表明不同情绪对自我损耗恢复的作用是不同的,具体就是,积极情绪有利于自我损耗的恢复,自我损耗后接受积极情绪处理的被试在后继自我控制任务上的表现显著优于消极情绪组和中性情绪组,消极情绪组和中性情绪组之间没有显著差异。 本研究从研究方法上采用实验法对大学生自我控制的测量,弥补了以往使用问卷法对自我控制研究的局限,在研究结果上也增进了自我控制对情绪与行为关系的认识。
[Abstract]:The relationship between emotion and behavior has always been one of the important issues concerned by researchers at home and abroad. Since the 1990s, the research on emotion and self-control has gradually emerged, especially on negative emotions. On the other hand, new progress has also been made in the study of self-controlled resource models. So far, however, there is no clear answer to the following questions: is the self-depletion model based on Western culture applicable to Chinese college students? At the same time, what kind of influence does self-control have on emotion? How do different emotions affect self-loss recovery? The clarification of these questions is of great significance and value for us to understand the relationship between emotion and self-control, to reduce the negative influence of emotion on individual self-control and to improve the quality of individual work, study and life. This is also the purpose of this study. The relationship between emotion and self-control behavior is studied by using the experimental method. The results show that the self-control resource model is suitable for Chinese college students. The results of the second study showed that emotional materials could effectively induce different titers of emotions. The individuals of neutral emotion group were significantly higher in self-control than those in negative emotion group, positive emotion group, and negative emotion group, but there was no significant difference between negative emotion group and positive emotion group. Study 3 showed that individuals' emotional pleasure decreased after self-control tasks. Study 4 shows that different emotions have different effects on self loss recovery. Specifically, positive emotions are conducive to self loss recovery. The subjects who received positive emotion treatment after self-depletion performed significantly better than the negative emotion group and the neutral emotion group on the subsequent self-control task. There is no significant difference between the negative emotion group and the neutral emotion group. The results also enhance self-control of the relationship between emotion and behavior.
