社会工作对犯罪未成年人自信心重塑的介入研究

【摘要】：本研究旨在探讨理性情绪行为治疗取向的个案辅导对提高犯罪未成年人自信水平的辅导效果,并分析理性情绪行为治疗取向的个案辅导中工作者技巧的应用效果以及个案辅导中体现的文化差异性。根据研究结果提出具体建议,以提供社会工作者实施此类个案辅导时的具体参考。本研究采取个案前后测的设计,对案主进行个案访谈。在个案辅导之前,案主接受《个人评价问卷》的前测。在前测之后,案主接受个案辅导,每月一次,每次60分钟,共计6次。最后,再对个案进行后测,比较案主在接受辅导前后的分数差异,借此来探讨个案辅导对案主的辅导成效,以及个案辅导中工作者技巧的应用效果和其中体现的文化差异性。此外,笔者还根据个案辅导观察记录表、个案辅导案主回馈表、访谈大纲、录音资料等进行分析,辅助研究结果的得出。现将主要研究结论摘要如下:一、理性情绪行为治疗取向的个案辅导可以重塑犯罪未成年人的自信心。二、理性情绪行为治疗取向的个案辅导中的工作者正确使用理情技巧有助于案主自信心水平提升。三、理性情绪行为治疗取向的个案辅导在中国文化背景下的差异性体现在思维方式、教导方式等方面上。最后,本研究根据研究结果提出建议,以供实务工作者与未来的研究者作参考之用。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of case counseling of rational emotional behavior therapy on improving the confidence of juvenile delinquents. It also analyzes the application effect of worker's skill and the cultural difference in the case counseling of rational emotional behavior treatment orientation. According to the results of the study, specific suggestions are put forward to provide specific reference for social workers in the implementation of such case counseling. This study adopts the design of case-before-and-after test, and interviews the case owner. Prior to case counseling, the victim received a pre-test of the personal Evaluation questionnaire. After the pretest, the victim received case counseling once a month, 60 minutes each time, a total of 6 times. Finally, the author carries on the post-test to the case, compares the score difference of the victim before and after receiving the counseling, thus discusses the effectiveness of the case counseling to the victim, the application effect of the worker's skill in the case counseling and the cultural difference embodied in the case counseling. In addition, the author also according to the case counseling observation record form, case counseling victim feedback form, interview outline, recording materials and so on, to assist the results of the study. The main conclusions are summarized as follows: firstly, the case counseling of rational emotional behavior therapy can rebuild the self-confidence of juvenile delinquents. Secondly, the correct use of emotional skills in the case counseling of rational emotional behavior therapy is helpful to the improvement of the victim's self-confidence. Thirdly, the differences of case counseling of rational emotional behavior therapy in Chinese cultural background are reflected in the ways of thinking, teaching and so on. Finally, suggestions are put forward for the reference of practitioners and future researchers.
