中国女性经理人Women-only管理培训体系的构建探析

【摘要】:随着女性经理人在我国管理人员队伍中的比重的不断扩大,以及中国现有管理培训存在的问题及女性经理人在自然性别差异、社会角色认知、管理体验、学习和认知风格等方面与男性经理人的差异的存在,使得有必要研究专门针对中国女性经理人的管理培训(即Women-only培训)。本文着力于提高中国女性经理人角色自信、知识自信,采用了赋权、经验分享、参与式学习、批判性思考和开放思想、重视女性的社会理解力和行动积极性的设计理念设计了Women-only培训的知识、技能、理念、情感四类渐进式的培训内容,解释了上述理念在培训方式、培训者和培训硬件环境设计中的应用,建立了更适合中国女性经理人的培训体系,补充了传统管理培训中的不足。
[Abstract]:With the increasing proportion of female managers in the management team in China, and the existing problems in management training in China, as well as female managers in the natural gender differences, social role recognition, management experience, The differences between learning and cognitive style and male managers make it necessary to study the management training (Women-only training) for Chinese female managers. This paper focuses on improving the Chinese female managers' role confidence, knowledge confidence, the adoption of empowerment, experience-sharing, participatory learning, critical thinking and open thinking, The design idea of attaching importance to women's social understanding and initiative has designed four kinds of progressive training contents of knowledge, skill, idea and emotion of woman only training, and explained the above ideas in the training mode. The application of trainers and training hardware environment designs the training system which is more suitable for Chinese female managers, and complements the shortcomings of traditional management training.
