项目社会评估的理论述评与应用展望

【摘要】：历经数十年的发展,项目社会评估的理论研究和实践活动都有了长足的进步,形成了众多的理论框架和研究方法。在个体主义取向、社会取向和环境-生态取向三个维度上,不同的评估机构开发了各有侧重的社会评估框架,其发展趋于多元,且框架之间多有借鉴和融合。从评估方法上看,多学科研究方法和参与式研究方法将成为趋势。在我国,社会评估在评估中的应用尚有很多不足之处,仍有较大的提升空间。在中国社会与经济结构转型、城市化与现代化高速推进的大背景下,社会评估可能在邻避设施建设、资源型社区、城市建设和旅游开发等四大领域中具有良好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:After decades of development, the theoretical research and practical activities of the project social evaluation have made great progress, and many theoretical frameworks and research methods have been formed. On the three dimensions of individualism, social orientation and environmental orientation, different evaluation institutions have developed various social evaluation frameworks with more emphasis, and their development tends to be more than one. From the evaluation method, the multidisciplinary research method and the participatory research method will become the trend. In our country, there are still many shortcomings in the application of the social evaluation in the assessment, and there is still a lot of room for promotion. In China, the transformation of social and economic structure, the big back of urbanization and modernization drive in China Under the circumstances, social assessment may have a good application prospect in four major areas, such as the construction of proximity shelter, resource based communities, urban construction and tourism development.
