【摘要】：正从1991年我国发布第一本白皮书开始,由政府部门发布的白皮书系列已经涉及人权、改革发展、社会保障、国防,以及近些年不断加重关注的食品安全、药品监管等多个领域。相比较而言,我国近些年来,由非政府和准政府组织所发布的各种皮书,能引起广泛关注并形成规模和影响力,主要源于社会科学文献出版社出版的系列蓝皮书、绿皮书、黄皮书等,这些皮书属独立研究
[Abstract]:Starting from the first white paper issued by China in 1991, the white paper series issued by the government has been involved in human rights, reform and development, social security, national defense, and food safety and drug regulation, which have been paid more and more attention in recent years. In recent years, China has been issued by non-governmental and quasi government organizations. The testa book, which can cause extensive attention and form the scale and influence, is mainly derived from the series of blue books published by the social sciences literature press, the green book, the yellow book, and so on. These books are independently studied.
