北京市企业员工社会保险认知研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的快速发展,人民生活水平的大幅提高,中国的社会保险制度得到越来越多的重视,社会保险体系在不断地发展和完善,各项社会保险的参保率逐年稳步上升。然而,在社会保险不断发展完善的进程中,企业员工大多都是被动地参与,这主要体现在企业员工对社会保险政策及相关知识的了解甚少。本文即是基于此背景开展的北京市企业员工社会保险认知研究。 文章在明确研究对象,选取适当研究方法的前提下,设计好调查问卷。在对国内现有关于企业员工社会保险认知研究成果综合分析的基础上,提出本文的研究视角。通过对涉及各种性别、户口性质、受教育程度、企业性质、企业规模及工作职务的企业员工的问卷调查,分析企业员工对于企业为其参保情况、通常所说“五险"及缴费主体、各项社会保险缴费基数及比例、养老保险最低缴费年限、医疗保险定点医院及转诊规定、医疗保险报销比例及范围、医疗保险报销起付线及最高支付限额、失业保险金领取条件、各项社会保险待遇标准等若干社会保险知识的认知状况,得出企业员工社会保险认知度不高的结论。在进一步分析受教育程度、企业性质、企业规模、工作职务及社会保险报销补助经历对于企业员工社会保险认知度的影响程度。 在分析企业员工自身、企业和社会保险相关部门三方面的原因,导致企业员工社会保险认知度不高后,提出建立由企业自身提供、社会保险部门定期检查、以五险、社会保险关系转移和社会保险监督及法律责任为主要内容的社会保险知识培训体系,来提高企业员工的社会保险认知度,这也是本文的创新之处。研究企业员工社会保险认知度对于推动社会保险制度的进一步发展具有积极作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard, more and more attention has been paid to China's social insurance system. However, in the process of continuous development and improvement of social insurance, most of the employees are passively involved, which is mainly reflected in the lack of understanding of social insurance policies and related knowledge. This paper is based on the background of Beijing enterprise employee social insurance cognitive research. On the premise of defining the research object and selecting the appropriate research method, the questionnaire is designed. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the existing research results on the social insurance of enterprise employees in China, this paper puts forward the perspective of this paper. Through a questionnaire survey on employees involved in various gender, hukou, education, enterprise nature, enterprise size and work position, the paper analyzes the enterprise employees' participation in insurance for the enterprise, which is usually referred to as "five risks" and the payer. The base and proportion of various social insurance contributions, the minimum payment period of old-age insurance, the provisions of designated hospitals and referrals of medical insurance, the proportion and scope of medical insurance reimbursement, the starting line of medical insurance reimbursement and the maximum payment limit, The cognitive status of some social insurance knowledge such as the conditions for obtaining unemployment insurance benefits and the standards of social insurance treatment etc. It is concluded that the social insurance awareness of employees in enterprises is not high. In the further analysis of the degree of education, the nature of the enterprise, the size of the enterprise, the job title and the experience of social insurance reimbursement, the degree of influence on the social security awareness of the employees is analyzed. After analyzing the three causes of the enterprise employees themselves, enterprises and social insurance departments, which lead to the low level of social insurance awareness of enterprise employees, it is proposed that the enterprises themselves provide, the social insurance departments regularly check, and five risks are taken into account. The social insurance knowledge training system, which includes the transfer of social insurance relationship, supervision of social insurance and legal liability, is the innovation of this paper. The study of employee social insurance awareness plays a positive role in promoting the further development of social insurance system.
