关系强度、异质性资源与部门差异——一个基于社会资本条件性来源与回报的研究假设

【摘要】:关系强度如何影响地位获得?是强关系还是弱关系更有用?过往社会资本理论从简单因果关系视角出发,或者强调关系所链接社会位置的结构差异,或者强调区别于经济交换的社会交换,从而造成非强即弱的理论困境。本研究指出社会资本的来源和回报是复杂因果过程。关系强度专属于所链接的异质性资源,与人力资本共同影响地位获得。强关系及其专属影响力对公立部门职业获得机会的正面影响随着求职者人力资本水平的提高而提高;弱关系及其专属信息对私立部门职业获得机会的正面影响随着求职者人力资本水平的提高而提高。
[Abstract]:How does the relationship strength affect status acquisition? Is a strong or weak relationship more useful? From the perspective of simple causality, the theory of social capital in the past either emphasizes the structural difference of the social position linked by the relationship, or the social exchange which is different from the economic exchange, which leads to the theoretical dilemma of either strong or weak. This study points out that the source and return of social capital is a complex causal process. The relationship strength belongs to the linked heterogeneity resources and influences the status together with the human capital. The positive influence of strong relationship and its exclusive influence on the employment opportunities in the public sector increases with the improvement of job seekers' human capital level; The positive impact of weak relationship and its exclusive information on the employment opportunities in the private sector increases with the improvement of job seekers' human capital level.
