河北省社会性别意识及妇女地位研究

【摘要】：本文通过对第三期妇女地位调查数据进行统计，对当前河北省的妇女性别意识和妇女地位的现状及变动情况作出了较为全面的分析，分为家庭方面和社会方面两部分研究发现：河北省妇女社会地位比以往有了明显提高，但是女性在家庭中还是承担较多的家务劳动，在社会参与方面缺少与男性平等的机会和资格；在经济支配上已经能基本自主，但是仍然依附于男性；传统落后的性别意识还是普遍存在，尤其是在农村，男主外、女主内的家庭分工模式的更为普遍，重构家庭分工模式迫在眉睫。这篇论文使用第三期中国妇女社会地位调查的第一手资料，，并结合前两期及其他统计数据对当前河北省妇女地位进行分析。研究发现：在家庭方面，女性的地位比以往有了稳步的提升，但由于性别、城乡以及受教育水平不同，人们的性别意识仍然有着较大差别。在社会方面，女性的经济地位有了很大的提升，参政率也有了增长，但是相比起男性，仍然不能达到平衡。繁重的家务劳动牵扯了女性太大的精力，影响女性参与社会工作。文章从社会、教育、家庭和个人层面分别提出对策建议，力求推动女性社会地位的稳步提高，进而有利于构建和谐社会。在政府和社会层面，要努力建立两性平等的社会运行机制，在教育层面，要着重提高女性文化教育水平，在家庭层面，建立多元化家庭模式，在个人层面，努力实现女性自身观念转变，摒弃传统角色。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistics of the third survey of the status of women, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and changes of women's gender awareness and status in Hebei Province. It is found that the social status of women in Hebei Province has improved significantly compared with the past, but women still undertake more domestic work in the family. Lack of opportunities and qualifications on an equal footing with men in terms of social participation; basic autonomy in economic domination, but still dependent on men; traditional and backward gender awareness still prevails, especially in rural areas, outside of male ownership, The pattern of family division is more common, so it is urgent to reconstruct the pattern of family division. This paper uses the first data from the third survey of the social status of Chinese women, and analyzes the status of women in Hebei Province with the first two issues and other statistical data. The study found that the status of women in the family has been steadily improved, but due to gender, urban and rural areas and different levels of education, people's gender awareness is still quite different. On the social front, women's economic status and political participation have increased, but still not balanced compared to men. Heavy domestic work involves too much energy for women and affects their participation in social work. This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the social, educational, family and personal levels, and tries to promote the steady improvement of women's social status, which is conducive to the construction of a harmonious society. At the governmental and social levels, efforts should be made to establish a social operational mechanism for gender equality. At the educational level, emphasis should be placed on improving the cultural and educational level of women. At the family level, there should be a pluralistic family model, and at the individual level, Try to realize the change of women's own concept and abandon the traditional role.
