社会资本对文科类硕士研究生求职影响探究

【摘要】:社会资本自从被引进中国以来,经过几十年本土化的发展,不但引起学术界的争论,还影响了我国相关社会政策的制定。由于社会资本理论的建立、制度特征、价值基础等情况与中国的基本国情有较大的不适应性,其在中国的运用具有一定的局限性。在社会资本的社会实践方面,许多专家学者积极运用社会资本理论对相关群体的求职问题做了深入的研究,将社会资本引入求职分析的框架正在建立,为充分研究推动社会发展的力量展示了一个全新的思维视角。本文主要依据布迪厄微观层面的社会资本理论、科尔曼中观层面的社会资本理论以及普特南宏观层面的社会资本理论,结合本文研究对象及目的,通过国内外两条主线,对社会资本相关文献及相关研究进行回顾,探究社会资本对文科类硕士研究生求职的影响。根据前人的研究以及本论文的研究需要,将文科类硕士研究生的社会资本细化为两个维度:以家庭为基础的继承性社会资本与以学校为基础的个人自致性社会资本。本文以南京市7所不同层次高校的2016届文科类硕士研究生为样本框,采取定量与定性相结合的方法,针对调查结果,研究文科类硕士研究生在求职过程中,两种社会资本的掌握运用情况及存在的问题,发现文科类硕士研究生对不同的社会资本的态度不一、社会资本存量积蓄普遍不足、社会资本的利用率偏低等问题,本文主要基于文科类硕士研究生自身主体性角度,主要从提高其求职社会资本存量及提高社会资本利用率两个大的方面,提出对应的可操作性建议。
[Abstract]:Since the introduction of social capital into China, after decades of localization development, not only caused academic controversy, but also affected the formulation of relevant social policies in China. Due to the establishment of social capital theory, institutional characteristics, value basis and other situations and China's basic conditions have greater inadaptability, its application in China has some limitations. In the aspect of social practice of social capital, many experts and scholars actively use the theory of social capital to do in-depth research on the employment problems of relevant groups, and the framework of introducing social capital into job search analysis is being established. In order to fully study the power of promoting social development shows a new perspective of thinking. Based on Bourdieu's theory of social capital at micro level, Coleman's theory of social capital at meso level and Putnam's theory of social capital at macro level, combined with the object and purpose of this paper, this paper adopts two main lines at home and abroad This paper reviews the literature and related studies on social capital, and explores the influence of social capital on the employment of arts graduate students. According to the previous research and the research needs of this thesis, the social capital of liberal arts graduate students is divided into two dimensions: the inherited social capital based on the family and the individual self-motivated social capital based on the school. In this paper, taking the 2016 ASE graduate students in 7 different levels of universities in Nanjing as the sample frame, the method of combining quantitative and qualitative methods is adopted to study the process of applying for the job of the ASE graduate students in the process of applying for the job, according to the results of the investigation. It is found that there are different attitudes towards different social capital, the stock of social capital is generally insufficient, the utilization rate of social capital is low, and so on. This article mainly based on the liberal arts graduate student's own subjectivity angle, mainly from raises its employment social capital stock and the enhancement social capital utilization ratio two big aspects, proposed the corresponding maneuverability suggestion.
