老年人临终关怀的社会工作介入研究

【摘要】：临终关怀(英文：hospice或palliative care)并不是治疗或者说是和医学意义上的治疗方法一样,它是在病人将要死亡前的一段时间,几天,几个星期或者几个月的有限时间里,减轻病人的生病状况、缓和疾病病发的一种护理方式。临终关怀是近代的一种边缘性的,和其他科学交叉的,但是有属于医学范畴的一种学科,是当今文明社会的一种需要,也是人类文明发展进步的一种重要体现。在整个人类社会来说,它出现的时间很短,到现在为止也不超过四十年。笔者的选题目的非常简单,就是希望通过社会工作者的介入,利用个案访谈、危机介入模式等,找寻临终老人最后所需要的,精神上能真正给与临终老人帮助的方式,使得临终老人在最后的生命里能不留遗憾的减少痛苦的逝去。
[Abstract]:Hospice or palliative care is not a treatment or a medical treatment. It is a kind of care that relieves the sickness of a patient for a limited period of time, days, weeks or months before his or her death. In modern times, a kind of marginal and interdisciplinary subject, but it belongs to the category of medicine, is a need of modern civilized society and an important manifestation of the development and progress of human civilization.
The author's choice of the topic is very simple, that is, through the intervention of social workers, using case interviews, crisis intervention model, etc., to find the final needs of the elderly dying, spiritually can really help the elderly dying, so that the elderly dying in the final life can not leave regrets to reduce the pain of the death.
