辽宁省社会发展水平综合评价及地区间比较分析

【摘要】:我国经济社会正处在不断转型过程中,经济发展并不等同于社会发展,社会发展才是经济发展的终极目标和重要保证,而如何衡量和评价一个地区的社会发展水平,,是一个值得关注的重要问题。因此,研究对区域社会发展水平如何进行综合评价,进而找出影响区域社会发展水平的影响因素,提出提高区域社会发展水平对策建议,对加强社会发展的宏观管理和监管手段,引导区域社会发展,加快区域城市化建设,提高区域城市化水平具有重要意义。 本文通过四个方面衡量和评价地区社会发展水平,构建了社会发展水平综合评价体系,采用改进的功效系数法、多元统计方法和权数确定的层次分析法,对辽宁省2011年全省及各地区社会发展水平进行了综合评价和比较分析,在此基础上,进一步对影响社会发展水平的各种因素进行了深入分析,并就如何提高全省和各地区社会发展水平提出了相关的政策建议。
[Abstract]:China's economic society is in the process of continuous transformation, economic development is not equal to social development, social development is the ultimate goal and important guarantee of economic development, and how to measure and evaluate the level of social development in a region. It is an important issue that deserves attention. Therefore, this paper studies how to comprehensively evaluate the level of regional social development, and then finds out the factors that affect the level of regional social development, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of regional social development. It is of great significance to strengthen the macro-management and supervision of social development, to guide regional social development, to accelerate the construction of regional urbanization and to improve the level of regional urbanization. This paper measures and evaluates the level of regional social development in four aspects, constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of social development level, adopts the improved efficacy coefficient method, the multivariate statistical method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of the social development level. On the basis of comprehensive evaluation and comparative analysis of the social development level of Liaoning Province in 2011, various factors affecting the level of social development are further analyzed. Some policy suggestions on how to improve the level of social development in the province and various regions are put forward.
