家庭社会工作介入农村留守儿童问题的案例研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济迅速发展,城乡人口互动更加频繁,大量的农村人口进入城市工作。由于受到经济条件和户籍制度的限制,外出农村务工人员被迫将自己的孩子留在农村生活,这些被留在农村的孩子就称为留守儿童,由祖辈承担监护责任。虽然监护人对孩子精心照料,但由于祖辈监护人自身年迈,精力不济,再加上教育知识缺乏等原因致使农村留守儿童出现了学业不良、叛逆、自卑、脾气暴躁等问题。这些问题严重影响了农村留守儿童的健康成长,需社会各方合力解决。现阶段我国农村留守儿童研究大都处于宏观层面,从国家和社会角度出发研究关于农村留守儿童保护的问题。这类研究覆盖范围广泛,但是缺乏可操作性和实效性。本文通过农村留守儿童的个案案例结合农村留守儿童家庭问题,运用个案工作的方法技巧、“助人自助”的专业精神及“以人为本”的服务理念分析农村留守儿童各类问题形成的原因及其特征。主要从微观层面讨论两个方面的问题:农村留守儿童自身的问题和家庭结构不和谐产生的问题,结合这两个方面的问题寻找办法来解决农村留守儿童心理自卑、情感匮乏、自暴自弃、叛逆等问题。帮助他们树立信心,感受更多的人文关怀,从而建立起正确的人生观、价值观、道德观以实现自我价值。本文以笔者专业实习期间的一个工作案例为基础,运用家庭社会工作的研究方法,结合家庭治疗模式和认知行为家庭模式,运用文献查阅和实地访谈结合的方法作为研究途径。从案主呈现的问题着手,深入到家庭,通过接案、预估、计划、介入、评估建议几个步骤完成了本文的基本研究。研究过程中还运用同理心、积极倾听、支持等不同的专业技巧。通过以上的专业理论和技术以求有效解决农村留守儿童的一些问题,以及研讨如何为其提供专业的服务。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development of our country, the interaction between urban and rural population is more frequent, a large number of rural population into urban work. Because of the restrictions of economic conditions and household registration system, migrant workers are forced to leave their children in rural life. These children who are left behind in rural areas are called left-behind children, and their grandparents bear the responsibility of guardianship. Although guardians take good care of their children, due to their elders and lack of energy, coupled with lack of education and knowledge, rural left-behind children have problems such as poor study, rebellion, inferiority, temper and so on. These problems have seriously affected the healthy growth of children left behind in rural areas. At present, the study of rural left-behind children in our country is mostly at the macro level, and the problems about the protection of rural left-behind children are studied from the point of view of the state and society. This type of research covers a wide range of areas, but lacks operability and effectiveness. Through the case of rural left-behind children combined with the family problems of rural left-behind children, this paper applies the method and skills of case work. The professional spirit of "helping others to help themselves" and the "people-oriented" service concept analyze the causes and characteristics of various problems of left-behind children in rural areas. This paper mainly discusses two problems from the micro level: the problems of the rural left-behind children and the problems caused by the disharmony of the family structure, combined with these two problems to find a solution to the psychological inferiority complex of the rural left-behind children, and the lack of emotion. The problems of self-abandonment, rebellion, etc. Help them build up confidence, feel more humanistic concern, and thus establish a correct outlook on life, values, morality to achieve self-worth. Based on a case of professional practice, this paper uses the research method of family social work, combining family treatment model and cognitive behavior family model, using the method of literature review and field interview as the research approach. Starting with the problems presented by the victim, the author goes deep into the family, and completes the basic research of this paper by taking the case, estimating, planning, intervening, evaluating and recommending several steps. Research process also uses empathy, active listening, support and other different professional skills. Through the above professional theory and technology to effectively solve some problems of rural left-behind children and discuss how to provide professional services for them.
