社会工作者之社会正义态度调查研究

【摘要】:社会工作旨在促进社会变革和增进人类福祉,其使命是实现社会正义,尤其在实践中,怎么帮助利益受损群体是其非常重要的方面,同时这也成为不论在当下还是在历史上都是一个备受争议的话题。很多文献中也有阐述说这是实践分歧中非常具有代表性的争论,社会工作者在实践中很少的致力于去实现社会工作的根本使命。本文以网络、电话的调查形式为主,共收集了164个社会工作者的反馈问卷,其调查问题是探讨社会工作者对社会正义态度的影响性因素,此外还探讨了社会正义感同其实践行为之间的关系。研究表明,10个个人背景变量中性别、接受过的社会工作教育、知晓社会正义知识和实习/实务方向与社会正义态度总得分没有显著关系,其余个人背景变量均与社会正义总分之间有显著差异,社会工作者对于社会正义感得分同他们的社会正义实践得分之间并不具有相关关系。针对上述研究发现,笔者从四个方面提出建议。社会层面,加强社会对专业的认可;政府层面,完善依法治国的体系同时构建完备的社会福利政策;机构层面,通过对社会工作的认可提升社会工作者的职业归属感与职业发展;社会工作者,不断提升自身的专业知识储备,树立自己独特的价值理念。
[Abstract]:Social work is designed to promote social change and human well-being, and its mission is to achieve social justice and, in particular, in practice, how to help those who have lost their interests is a very important aspect of it, At the same time, this has become a controversial topic both in the present and in history. It is also stated in many literatures that this is a very representative argument in practice, and that social workers are rarely committed to realizing the fundamental mission of social work in practice. In this paper, a total of 164 social workers' feedback questionnaires were collected in the form of network and telephone surveys. The question was to explore the influencing factors of social workers' attitude towards social justice. In addition, the relationship between the sense of social justice and its practical behavior is also discussed. The study showed that there was no significant correlation between gender, social work education, knowledge of social justice and practice / practice orientation in 10 personal background variables. There were significant differences between the other personal background variables and the total score of social justice, and there was no correlation between the scores of social justice and social justice practice of social workers. In view of the above research findings, the author puts forward suggestions from four aspects. At the social level, strengthen the social recognition of the profession; at the government level, improve the system of governing the country according to law and build a complete social welfare policy; at the institutional level, Through the recognition of social work to enhance the social workers' sense of belonging and career development, social workers, constantly improve their own professional knowledge reserves, set up their own unique value concept.
