学校社会工作介入大学生心理健康的问题研究

【摘要】：目前,由于科学技术的飞速发展和社会竞争的愈演愈烈,导致我国的高校环境也随着社会的日益复杂化而逐渐转变。这样的改变使大学生处在如适应压力、就业压力、人际关系压力、情感压力等各种压力之下,表现了出多种多样的心理问题,进而引发不良社会影响。大学生的心理健康直接关乎中国社会人才形势和全民综合素质的提高,也是全社会高度关注的亟待解决的一大社会问题。当今社会的大学生心理健康问题的解决已成为高校一个显着的不容回避的任务,但是固有的大学生心理健康教育模式与现今的社会形势及知识更新的状态已严重不符,这样一个特殊的社会群体和其存在的复杂多样的心理环境需要一种新型的整合的模式予以关注和介入。在吸取先进教育模式经验的途中,将学习社会工作的理念和实务引入大学生心理健康问题的工作之中,其介入的模式、策略和成果,从根本上弥补了传统模式的时效性不足的缺点,又从社会工作本身的内涵和外延出发,从问题本身道学校、社会大环境中整合资源,充分发挥了个人,学校、社区及社会的各种优势,以助人自助为根本指引思想,针对传统模式中心理咨询的缺陷,更看重学生的综合素质的发展和”自助”的能力的提升。本文通过对学校社会工作介入大学生心理健康问题的可行性分析的探究,将社会工作的理论、方法及技巧运用在大学生心理健康教育和改善过程当中的方法,侧重于遇到学习苦难成绩不理想的学生,身心成长存在适应性的学生,经济上资源上不足的学生,有发展问题的学生等,在不同问题上运用专业方法和技巧为处在不利地位的学生分出解决办法,帮助他们走出困难。在工作内容上要大胆创新,从教育、咨询、督导、研究、活动等层面上展开对心理健康的支持,不断提高学生的身心素质。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of science and technology and the increasingly fierce competition in society, the environment of colleges and universities in China is gradually changing with the increasing complexity of society. Such changes make college students under various pressures such as adaptation pressure, employment pressure, interpersonal pressure, emotional pressure, and so on, showing a variety of psychological problems, thus causing adverse social impact. The psychological health of college students is directly related to the situation of Chinese social talents and the improvement of the comprehensive quality of the whole people. It is also a social problem that the whole society should pay close attention to. Solving the psychological health problems of college students in today's society has become a significant and unavoidable task but the inherent mode of mental health education for college students is seriously inconsistent with the current social situation and the status of knowledge renewal. Such a special social group and its complex and diverse psychological environment need a new integrated model to pay attention to and intervene. On the way of absorbing the experience of advanced education model, the concept and practice of learning social work are introduced into the work of mental health problems of college students. It fundamentally makes up for the shortcomings of the lack of timeliness of the traditional mode, starts from the connotation and extension of social work itself, integrates resources from the problem itself, integrates resources in the social environment, and gives full play to individuals and schools. All kinds of advantages of the community and society take helping others' self-help as the basic guiding thought, aiming at the defects of psychological consultation in the traditional mode, paying more attention to the development of students' comprehensive quality and the enhancement of the ability of "self-help". This paper explores the feasibility of social work in college students' mental health problems, and applies the theory, methods and techniques of social work in the process of psychological health education and improvement of college students. Focusing on students with poor academic performance, students with adaptability to physical and mental development, students with insufficient financial resources, students with developmental problems, etc. Use professional methods and techniques to identify solutions for disadvantaged students on different issues to help them out of difficulties. The contents of work should be innovated boldly, and the support for mental health should be carried out from the aspects of education, consultation, supervision, research, activity and so on, so as to improve the students' physical and mental quality.
