哲学社会科学研究的“原创”要求及其概念纹理的经与纬

【摘要】：用几条原则来概括地描述哲学社会科学研究中的"原创"要求及其概念殊为不易,因为它既非逻辑演绎也非归纳,换句话说,它拒绝过度地概括和整饬。如果"原创"像在知识产权机构或文字保护委员会的"原创性报告"中的那种用法,被等同于文化领域的创造,那无疑贬损了"原创"所具有的规范性意蕴,而导致这种错误看法的根源在于人们将原创性的源泉归于智能本身。于是,作为提升精神的"原创"却成为了智能的附庸。我们有必要对将"原创"观念纳入哲学社会科学研究的做法秉持一种积极的态度,从对时弊的批判再向前追索一步。
[Abstract]:It is difficult to generalize the requirements and concepts of "originality" in philosophical and social science research with several principles, because it is neither logical deduction nor induction. In other words, it refuses to overgeneralize and correct. If the use of "originality", such as in the original report of the intellectual property body or the text Protection Commission, is equated with creation in the field of culture, it detracts from the normative meaning of "originality". The root cause of this misconception lies in the source of originality attributed to intelligence itself. As a result, as the spirit of the promotion of the "original" has become the appendage of intelligence. It is necessary for us to take a positive attitude towards the idea of "originality" in the research of philosophy and social sciences, and to take a step forward from the criticism of time and disadvantages.
