双重权威下政府购买服务中的专业关系探析——以武汉LM社区项目小组工作为例

【摘要】：本文从专业权威和社区权威的角度出发,探讨了政府购买社区服务项目运转过程中权威的构成要素及特征,指出了社会工作者对专业关系的把控过程实质上是专业权威向社区权威争夺对专业关系的控制的过程这一现状,论证了专业权威对社区权威既依附又竞争的双重属性,最后讨论了这种现状下专业关系存在的困境与解决策略。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of professional authority and community authority, this paper discusses the elements and characteristics of authority in the process of government purchasing community service projects. This paper points out that the process of controlling professional relationship by social workers is essentially a process of professional authority competing for control of professional relationship from professional authority to community authority, and demonstrates the dual attributes of professional authority to community authority both dependent and competitive. Finally, this paper discusses the dilemma and solution of professional relationship under this situation.
