【摘要】：互联网的发明和应用具有划时代的意义和价值。如果说,以蒸汽机、电机和电子器件的发明和广泛应用为标志的前三次技术革命,更多地侧重于通过机械化、电气化和电子化的方式,首先使人从自然力的束缚中获得解放的话,那么,以互联网的发明和广泛应用为标志的第四次技术革命,则更多地侧重于通过网络化和信息化的方式,进一步使人从社会条件的限制与束缚中获得解放。它将为人类建立起无数创新的平台,从而为人的解放开辟无限广阔的前景。
