外地来沪随军军嫂增能的行动研究——以“媛动力”家庭增能计划项目为例

【摘要】：本研究以X社区外地来沪随军军嫂为研究对象,以"媛动力"家庭增能计划项目为平台,从个人、人际和社区三个层面,提高军嫂解决问题的能力,激发她们的潜能,促进其发展,达到增能的目的。本文采用的研究方法主要有行动研究法、定性研究法。本文的研究目标有:了解外地来沪随军军嫂在个人、人际和社区层面的需求及产生的原因和过程的看法;了解外地来沪随军军嫂权能感获得的过程;了解社工在增能介入过程中,运用增能取向理念对外地来沪随军军嫂改变过程的影响;探索外地来沪随军军嫂增能的社会工作实务模式。
[Abstract]:In this study, community X came to Shanghai as the research object, "Yuan power" family empowerment project as the platform, from the personal, interpersonal and community levels, to improve the military wife's ability to solve problems, stimulate their potential, To promote its development and achieve the purpose of increasing energy. The research methods used in this paper are action research method and qualitative research method. The research objectives of this paper are as follows: to understand the personal, interpersonal and community needs, the reasons and the process of coming to Shanghai, to understand the process of obtaining the sense of power of the soldiers in Shanghai; To understand the influence of social worker on the changing process of the military wife in Shanghai, and to explore the practical mode of social work in the field.
