社会舆情生态的新特点及网络社会治理对策研究

【摘要】:本文结合当前社会舆情发展的新特点,总结得出:新技术驱动下,网上舆论生态更加复杂多变,社会表达不同意见竞争更加激烈;私人领域叠加在公共领域之上;线下与线上社群的"抱团"极化现象使得公众从简单的"社会表达者"升级为复杂的"社会行动者";"社群的茧房化"效应使得群际之间存在刻板印象和不通约的现象,虚拟社会关系矛盾化趋势明显;网络大V退场、资本力量直接介入到社会舆论表达场使得社会舆论表达更加"民粹化";互联网的标签化表达使得"弱势认同心理"蔓延到更广大的群体等结论。进而提出,未来舆论处置应以争取人心为最终价值取向、加强对舆情事件命名的引导、构建公共对话平台和超越于所有社群的全新社会认同、减少"弱势认同心理"的蔓延等建议。
[Abstract]:Combined with the new characteristics of the development of social public opinion, this paper concludes that: driven by new technology, the online public opinion ecology is more complex and changeable, and the competition of social expression of dissent is more intense, the private sector is superimposed on the public domain; The phenomenon of "agglomeration" polarization between offline and online communities has upgraded the public from simple "social communicators" to complex "social actors"; The "cocoon of community" effect makes the phenomenon of stereotype and irreducible between groups, and the tendency of contradiction of virtual social relations is obvious. With the exit of network V, capital forces directly intervene in the expression field of social public opinion to make the expression of social public opinion more popularized, and the tagging expression of Internet makes the "weak identity psychology" spread to the wider group and so on. Furthermore, it is proposed that in the future, the final value orientation of public opinion should be to win the hearts of the people, to strengthen the guidance of naming public opinion events, to build a public dialogue platform and to transcend the new social identity of all communities. Reduce the spread of "weak identity psychology" and other suggestions.
