蓝靛厂:一项关于城市社区空间变迁的研究

【摘要】:21世纪将成为全球发展中国家城市化的世纪。我国的城市化自改革开放以来,以前所未有的速度推进。20世纪90年代开始,北京的城市化进程进入了快速和深入发展阶段,城市规模不断扩大,城市人口迅速增长,经济和社会得到了快速发展。特别是大规模的城市拆迁运动造就了大量地方性和多样性不断瓦解的现代社区空间,这种现状及其包含的变化需要社会研究和空间研究的共同关注。 本研究首先在理论上对社区空间进行了界定和区分,将其划分为社区居住空间、社区公共空间和社区街道空间,并指出了社区街道空间的特殊性。接下来,主要以蓝靛厂为例,着眼于蓝靛厂居民生活的微观世界,在实地观察和访谈的基础上,分别论述了蓝靛厂社区居住空间、公共空间和街道空间的形态和功能在拆迁前后的变化及特点,以及不同类型群体利用空间的不同方式,借以阐释在城市化进程中城市社区空间的商品化,公共空间的私有化和街道空间社会功能的衰落等现象。 本文共分五章,第一章阐述了研究的目的和意义,对相关研究文献进行了系统的梳理,并对研究所使用的方法做了说明。第二章界定了社区空间的含义及其构成,它包括社区居住空间、公共空间和街道空间,并指出了街道空间的特殊性。第三章描述了拆迁前的蓝靛厂社区的传统生活场景,勾勒出了传统社区空间的形态、功能及其特点。第四章重点对社区空间的商品化过程进行了描述和分析。从传统空间利用方式的延续、经济理性和文化附加值三个方面详细论述了空间的商品化过程,并对回迁户和商品房业主两个群体利用社区空间的不同方式做了比较和分析,还关注了社区公共空间在空间形态上有形的私有化和心理距离上无形的私有化现象。第五章对全文进行了总结与思考,并在异质性与社会隔离、街道空间社会功能的恢复、城市规划与日常生活和空间的商品化四个方面做了进一步的延伸。
[Abstract]:The 21 st century will be a century of urbanization in developing countries all over the world. Since the reform and opening up, the urbanization of our country has been advancing at an unprecedented speed. Since the 1990s, the urbanization process in Beijing has entered a stage of rapid and in-depth development, the scale of the city has been constantly expanding, and the urban population is growing rapidly. The economy and society have developed rapidly. In particular, the large-scale urban demolition movement has created a large number of local and disintegrated modern community space. This situation and the changes it contains need the common attention of social research and spatial research. This research firstly defines and distinguishes the community space theoretically, divides it into the community living space, the community public space and the community street space, and points out the particularity of the community street space. Next, mainly taking Lonicera edulis plant as an example, focusing on the micro world of Lonicera edulis plant residents' life, on the basis of field observation and interviews, the paper discusses the living space of Lonicera edulis plant community. The changes and characteristics of the forms and functions of public space and street space before and after demolition, as well as the different ways in which different types of groups use space to explain the commercialization of urban community space in the process of urbanization. The privatization of public space and the decline of social function of street space. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter expounds the purpose and significance of the research, systematically combs the relevant research literature, and explains the methods used in the research. The second chapter defines the meaning and composition of community space, including community living space, public space and street space, and points out the particularity of street space. The third chapter describes the traditional life scene of Lonicera edulis plant community before demolition, and outlines the shape, function and characteristics of traditional community space. The fourth chapter describes and analyzes the commercialization process of community space. This paper discusses the commercialization process of space in detail from three aspects: the continuation of traditional space utilization, economic rationality and cultural added value, and compares and analyzes the different ways of utilizing community space by the two groups: the returning households and the commercial house owners. It also pays attention to the visible privatization of community public space and the invisible privatization of psychological distance. The fifth chapter summarizes and ponders the full text, and makes further extension in four aspects: heterogeneity and social isolation, recovery of social function of street space, urban planning, daily life and commercialization of space.
