“爆吧军团”的“圈层化”组织结构与深层行动逻辑

【摘要】："爆吧军团"是近年来参与"爆吧"行动的青少年通过自组织形成的特殊团体。"爆吧军团"能够扩大爆吧的影响范围,并使爆吧行动规模化、程序化。对这一特殊团体的研究,目前尚很少见。那么,"爆吧军团"究竟是如何组织起来的,"爆吧军团"成员为什么要发起和参与爆吧?这一研究通过进入一个爆吧军团——"HM军团NSG分团"开展虚拟民族志尝试回答这一探索性的学术问题。研究发现,青少年在"爆吧"事件的后场建立起了一个"圈层化"的组织结构。在这一组织结构中,信息流动呈现出从中心到边缘的扩散特征。这一组织结构并不固化,它以"抢麦"等灵活多变的活动方式,凝聚了边缘成员的向心力,因此它能够保证青少年对于群体归属、自我实现等身份意义的追逐。而正是这种对身份意义的追逐,是青少年发起和参与"爆吧"行动的深层行动逻辑。
[Abstract]:The "explosive Legion" is a special group formed by the young people who participate in the "explosive Bar" operation in recent years. The "explosive Bar Legion" can expand the scope of the explosion bar's influence, and make the explosive bar action scale and procedure. Studies of this particular group are rare. So, how the "explosive Legion" is organized, "explosion Legion" why the members of the initiation and participation in the explosion bar? This study attempts to answer this exploratory academic question by entering the "HM Legion NSG Regiment" into a virtual ethnography. The study found that teenagers set up a stratified organizational structure in the backcourt of the Bubba event. In this organizational structure, the flow of information is characterized by diffusion from center to edge. This organizational structure is not solidified, it agglomerates the centripetal force of the marginal members by flexible and changeable activities such as "grabbing wheat", so it can ensure the pursuit of identity meaning such as group ownership and self-realization. It is this pursuit of identity that is the deep logic of youth's initiation and participation.
