老年人精神信仰、生活质量现状及相关关系研究

【摘要】：本研究以老年人作为研究对象,采用《世界卫生组织生活质量测定简表》(WHO—BREF)和自编的《老年人精神信仰问卷》对老年人的精神信仰的总体特点及在人口统计学变量上的差异、老年人生活质量的总体特点及在人口统计学变量上的差异、老年人精神信仰与生活质量的相关关系进行了研究,不仅有助于了解老年人的精神信仰和生活质量的现状,而且可以为我国的老龄服务事业提供一定的理论依据和现实措施。 《老年人精神信仰问卷》包括四个维度：超自然信仰、社会信仰、伦理信仰和实用信仰。《世界卫生组织生活质量测定简表》分为四个领域：生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域和环境领域。 研究结果表明： (1)老年人精神信仰分为四个维度：超自然信仰、社会信仰、伦理信仰和实用信仰；老年人精神信仰问卷包括30个题目,具有较好的信效度。 (2)从总体上看,老年人精神信仰中社会信仰占优势,伦理信仰次之,再次是实用信仰,最后是超自然信仰。老年人精神信仰的主流是积极健康的。 (3)老年人精神信仰在性别、政治面貌、居住地、子女数量、文化程度和职业上存在显著差异。 (4)从总体上看,老年人的生活质量处于中上等水平,他们对生理领域的满意度最高,其次是心理领域,再次是社会关系领域,对环境领域的满意度是最差的。 (5)老年人的生活质量在政治面貌、子女数量、职业和年龄阶段上存在显著的差异。 (6)老年人的社会信仰与生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域和环境领域的生活质量的满意度有正相关,伦理信仰与环境领域的生活质量满意度有正相关,其他的精神信仰维度与生活质量各个领域的满意度不存在显著相关。 (7)老年人的社会信仰对生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域和环境领域的生活质量的满意度有正向的预测作用。
[Abstract]:In this study, the elderly were chosen as the research objects. The general characteristics and demographic variables of the mental beliefs of the elderly were studied by using the World Health Organization quality of Life Measurement Summary Table (WHO-BREF) and the Mental belief questionnaire for the elderly, which were compiled by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the questionnaire on the spiritual beliefs of the elderly. The general characteristics of the quality of life of the elderly and the differences in the demographic variables, the relationship between the spiritual beliefs of the elderly and the quality of life are studied, which is not only helpful to understand the present situation of the spiritual beliefs and the quality of life of the elderly. Moreover, it can provide some theoretical basis and practical measures for the service of aging in our country. The questionnaire of spiritual belief of the elderly includes four dimensions: supernatural belief, social belief, ethical belief and practical belief. The field of social relations and the field of environment. The results show that: (1) the spiritual beliefs of the elderly are divided into four dimensions: supernatural belief, social belief, ethical belief and practical belief, and the questionnaire includes 30 questions, which has good reliability and validity. (2) on the whole, the social belief is dominant in the spiritual belief of the elderly, followed by the ethical belief, the practical belief and the supernatural belief. The mainstream of the spiritual beliefs of the elderly is positive and healthy. (3) there are significant differences in gender, political outlook, residence, number of children, education level and occupation. (4) on the whole, the quality of life of the elderly is at the middle and upper level, and their satisfaction with the physiological field is the highest, followed by the psychological field, the social relationship field, and the environmental field is the worst. (5) there are significant differences in the quality of life of the elderly in political outlook, number of children, occupation and age. (6) there was a positive correlation between the social beliefs of the elderly and the satisfaction of the quality of life in the field of physiology, psychology, social relations and environment, and the positive correlation between the ethical beliefs and the satisfaction of the quality of life in the field of environment. Other dimensions of spiritual belief are not significantly related to satisfaction in all areas of quality of life. (7) the social belief of the elderly has a positive predictive effect on the satisfaction of the quality of life in the fields of physiology, psychology, social relations and environment.
