城乡起跑线上的落差:转型中国的数字鸿沟分析

【摘要】：继地区差别、城乡差别、脑体差别之后,数字鸿沟已成为当今中国第四大不平等范畴。数字鸿沟结盟既存的各类权力等级且强化已经形成的差异政治,导致城乡和区域之间的区隔持续扩大化。本文采用问卷调查和民族志的参与观察和深度访谈,透过小学生新媒体使用的差异描述,分析数字鸿沟的城乡景观并勾连转型中国的社会情境,探寻数字鸿沟的生成及其后果。
[Abstract]:After regional, urban-rural and brain-body differences, the digital divide has become the fourth largest inequality category in China. The digital divide aligns the existing power hierarchy and strengthens the existing differential politics, which leads to the widening of the urban-rural and regional divisions. Using questionnaire survey, ethnographic observation and in-depth interviews, this paper analyzes the urban and rural landscape of the digital divide and the social situation in China through the analysis of the differences in the use of the new media of primary school students, and explores the formation of the digital divide and its consequences.
