县级政府统计数据失真原因及对策研究

【摘要】：建立健全强有力的县级统计机构,科学规范的县级统计管理体制,科学适用的县级统计调查方法和完善有效的统计监督机制,是保证统计数据准确及时,维护国家统计正常运行的基础。随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立健全,统计改革与统计现代化建设事业也将深入发展。目前我国的统计工作已进入了一个新的发展时期,对于直接面向基层的县级统计部门来说,在良好机遇和严峻挑战面前,如何把握有利时机,适应经济体制和经济增长方式两个根本性的转变,加强县级统计工作,强化县级统计管理,改革统计调查方法,建设好县级统计局,提高统计数据的准确性和及时性,更好地服从和服务于经济建设中心任务,是摆在县级统计部门和广大统计工作者面前的一项重要改革发展任务。因此,本文就这一问题作进一步探讨。

For county-level statistical departments directly facing the grass-roots level, how to grasp the favorable opportunity in the face of good opportunities and severe challenges, To adapt to the fundamental changes in the economic system and the mode of economic growth, we should strengthen the statistical work at the county level, strengthen the statistical management at the county level, reform the statistical investigation methods, build a good county-level statistical bureau, and improve the accuracy and timeliness of statistical data. Better serving the central task of economic construction is an important task of reform and development in front of county-level statistical departments and the vast number of statisticians. Therefore, this article makes a further discussion on this problem.
