冀中农村婚礼中的礼物交换研究

【摘要】:礼物交换一直是社会学和人类学界关注的热点,已有的礼物研究大多着眼于与现代社会形态有别的原始部落及经济落后地区,对礼物文化的研究主要集中在礼物本身,解决的是关于“为什么要回礼”的问题,它维系、强化并创造着各种——合作性的、竞争性的抑或是敌对性的——社会联结。中国是一个伦理本位的社会,是一个关系本位的社会,中国自古以来存在着礼尚往来文化,特别是在婚姻仪礼中。随着我国社会现代化的进程不断推进,现代化的因子已经渗透到了社会的诸多角落。改革开放后的一些农村地区,随着市场经济的逐渐深入,也发生了现代化、工业化的转变。村民们在婚姻仪礼场合中的礼物交换实践已经发生了许多变化,也因此带来了村民之间社会关系网络的变化。在20世纪40年代,费孝通先生的“差序格局”理论解释了中国乡土社会关系网络的特征。随着现代化的冲击和社会的变迁,“差序格局”已经发生了异化和演变。笔者尝试运用社会学的视角和方法,通过对一个村庄中婚礼中的礼物形式和礼物交换的分析,发现“差序格局”理论对当下农村的社会关系网络仍具有一定的解释力,但是增添了新的内容,这就是姻缘关系、业缘关系、趣缘关系与利益关系渗入“差序格局”,导致“差序格局”所包括的社会关系范围在扩大。
[Abstract]:Gift exchange has always been a hot spot in sociology and anthropology. Most of the present gift studies focus on the primitive tribes and economically backward areas of modern society, and the study of gift culture mainly focuses on the gift itself. What is solved is the question of "why return gifts", which sustains, reinforces and creates all sorts of-cooperative, competitive or hostile-social bonds. China is an ethics-based society and a relationship-based society. Since ancient times, there is a culture of etiquette and reciprocity in China, especially in the ceremony of marriage. Along with the progress of social modernization in our country, the factor of modernization has penetrated into many corners of society. With the deepening of market economy, modernization and industrialization have changed in some rural areas after reform and opening up. Many changes have taken place in the practice of gift exchange among villagers in the ceremony of marriage, which has also brought about the change of the social network among villagers. In the 1940s, Fei Xiaotong's "difference order pattern" theory explained the characteristics of the local social network in China. With the impact of modernization and the change of society, dissimilation and evolution have taken place. The author tries to use the sociological perspective and method, through the analysis of the gift form and gift exchange in a village wedding, finds that the "difference order pattern" theory still has some explanatory power to the current rural social relations network. However, a new content has been added, that is, marriage relationship, karma relationship, interest relationship and interest relationship infiltrate into the "difference order pattern", which leads to the expansion of the scope of social relations included in the "difference order pattern".
