当代中国人职业适应性人格结构初探

【摘要】:目的:本研究围绕当代中国人职业生涯不断变化的趋势,试图通过探索中国人职业适应性人格结构,了解不同职业群体的职业适应性人格特征,进而对个体的职业规划进行指导。 方法:首先通过人格词汇学方法,收集词汇并编制职业适应性人格词汇表。进一步将词汇转化为题目,然后编制成职业适应性人格自评量表。在全国进行大样本调查,对获取的3190个样本数据进行统计分析,获得职业适应性人格结构,建立常模并进行信效度分析。最后对量表各因素人口学变量和职业变量进行差异分析。 结果:1.通过对3190份有效量表因素分析,获得7个因素含60个项目组成的职业适应性自评量表。2.量表各因素的重测信度系数在0.706-0.931之间(p0.01),内部一致性系数在0.737-0.915之间。3.量表的7个因素与艾森克人格评定量表(EPQ-RSC)的4个因素除个别相关不显著外,其余因素皆存在显著相关(p0.05)。量表的7个因素与霍兰德职业倾向量表修订版(SDS)大部分维度呈现显著相关(p0.05)。4.两性被试的职业适应性人格因素比较结果:在创新性、情绪稳定性、人际关系性上没有显著差异;在外向性、诚信性坚持性和传统性上存在显著差异(p0.05)。5.不同年龄阶段被试在情绪稳定性、诚信性、人际关系性、坚持性和传统性上存在较显著差异(p0.01);在创新性、外向性上没有显著差异。6.不同居住地被试除了在情绪稳定性上没有显著差异外,其余因素都存在显著差异(p0.05)。7.不同职业群体在7个因素中都存在显著差异(p0.05)。 结论:1.中国人具有一个相对稳定的7维度职业适应性人格结构。2.中国职业适应性人格结构的7个维度分别为:创新性、情绪稳定性、外向性、诚信性、人际关系性、坚持性和传统性。3..新编制的职业适应性人格问卷有较好的信度和效度,进一步标准化后可以运用于职业咨询,职业指导和人才选拔。4.不同被试群体在不同的人格因素上存在不同的差异。
[Abstract]:Objective: based on the changing trend of contemporary Chinese career, this study attempts to understand the personality characteristics of different occupational groups by exploring the structure of occupational adaptive personality of Chinese people, and trying to find out the characteristics of occupational adaptive personality of different occupational groups in China. And then guide the individual career planning. Methods: by means of personality lexicology, vocabulary was collected and occupational adaptive personality vocabulary was compiled. The vocabulary was further transformed into a topic, and then the self-rating scale of occupational adaptive personality was compiled. A large sample survey was carried out in China. 3190 samples were collected and analyzed statistically to obtain the occupational adaptive personality structure, to establish the norm and to analyze the reliability and validity. Finally, the differences between demographic variables and occupational variables of the scale were analyzed. Results: 1. Based on the analysis of 3190 factors of the effective scale, the self-rating scale of occupational adaptability with 7 factors and 60 items was obtained. The test-retest reliability coefficient of each factor of the scale was between 0.706 and 0.931 (p0.01), and the internal consistency coefficient was between 0.737 and 0.915. There were significant correlations between the seven factors of the scale and the four factors of the Eysenck Personality rating scale (EPQ-RSC) except for individual factors (p0.05). There was a significant correlation between the 7 factors of the scale and most of the dimensions of (SDS) in the revised version of Hollander Occupational orientation scale (p0.05). The results showed that there were no significant differences in innovation, emotional stability and interpersonal relationship between male and female subjects, while there were significant differences in extroversion, honesty persistence and tradition (p0.05). There were significant differences in emotional stability, honesty, interpersonal relationship, persistence and tradition between different age groups (p0.01), but no significant difference in innovation and extroversion. 6. Except for no significant difference in emotional stability among different places of residence, there were significant differences in other factors (p0.05). There were significant differences among 7 factors among different occupational groups (p0.05). Conclusion: 1. Chinese people have a relatively stable 7-dimensional occupational adaptive personality structure. 2. The seven dimensions of Chinese occupational adaptive personality structure are: innovation, emotional stability, extroversion, honesty, interpersonal relationship, persistence and tradition. The newly compiled occupational adaptive personality questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and can be applied to career counseling, career guidance and talent selection after further standardization. 4. Different subjects had different personality factors.
