社会资本对大学生村官社会适应性的影响研究

【摘要】：随着我国大学生村官政策的实施,在多方面取得成效显著的同时,有关大学生村官的问题在一定程度上还存在着,其中之一是“村官”自身社会适应的问题。本文通过分析社会资本与大学生村官社会适应性之间相互关联,探析二者存在的内在关系,这有助于了解大学生村官的社会资本对其社会适应的影响,促进大学生村官的成长进步,努力发展当地农村社会经济,在新农村建设中发挥更大的作用。本研究立足于社会资本理论,采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的研究方法,并具体运用了文献研究法、问卷调查法。全文的主要内容分为：第一部分是绪论,对本选题的研究背景及意义、国内外研究综述、以及本文的创新之处作了概要性的说明和阐述。第二部分为理论视角阐述,简单地回顾了社会资本的历史,概述了学者们对社会资本概念的界定以及在本研究中的应用。第三部分为研究设计,以社会适应性为因变量,将其操作化为职业角色适应、职业技能适应、人际关系适应和个人心理适应进行分析研究,提出了具体的假设,假设一：社会资本对大学生村官职业角色适应具有显著性的影响；假设二：社会资本对大学生村官职业技能适应具有显著性的影响；假设三：社会资本对大学生村官人际关系适应具有显著性的影响；假设四：社会资本对大学生村官个人心理适应具有显著性的影响。第四部分为结果分析,描述了大学生村官的基本情况和社会资本对他们社会适应性的影响。第五部分为结论与建议,研究假设得到大部分验证,并提出了针对性的对策建议。实证研究结果表明：社会资本对大学生村官职业角色适应存在一定的影响；社会资本对大学生村官职业技能适应的影响较为显著；社会资本对大学生村官人际关系适应的影响有显著性；社会资本对大学生村官个人心理适应存在部分的影响。总的来说,社会资本对大学生村官社会适应性的影响比较显著。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the policy of college students' village officials, there are still some problems about college students' village officials, one of which is the social adaptation of "village officials". By analyzing the relationship between social capital and social adaptability of college students' village officials, this paper explores the internal relationship between them, which is helpful to understand the influence of social capital of college students' village officials on their social adaptation. Promote the growth and progress of college students village officials, strive to develop the local rural socio-economic, play a greater role in the construction of new rural areas. This study is based on the theory of social capital, using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the combination of research methods, and the specific use of literature research, questionnaire survey method. The main content of this paper is divided into: the first part is the introduction, the research background and significance of this topic, domestic and foreign research summary, as well as the innovation of this paper made a summary of the explanation and elaboration. The second part is a theoretical perspective, briefly reviews the history of social capital, summarizes the definition of the concept of social capital and its application in this study. The third part is the research design. Taking the social adaptability as the dependent variable, the author analyzes and studies it into professional role adaptation, vocational skill adaptation, interpersonal relationship adaptation and individual psychological adaptation, and puts forward some concrete hypotheses. Hypothesis 1: social capital has a significant effect on the adaptation of college students' village official's professional role; Hypothesis 2: social capital has a significant impact on vocational skills adaptation of college students village officials, hypothesis 3: social capital has a significant impact on interpersonal adaptation of college students village officials; Hypothesis 4: social capital has a significant effect on the individual psychological adaptation of college students' village officials. The fourth part is the result analysis, which describes the basic situation of college students' village officials and the influence of social capital on their social adaptability. The fifth part is the conclusion and suggestion, most of the research hypotheses have been verified, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward. The empirical results show that: the social capital has a certain impact on the vocational role adaptation of college students village officials, and the social capital has a significant impact on the vocational skills adaptation of college students' village officials. The influence of social capital on the interpersonal adaptation of college students' village officials is significant, and the influence of social capital on the individual psychological adaptation of college students' village officials is also significant. Generally speaking, the influence of social capital on the social adaptability of college students' village officials is significant.
