非期望环境行为的类型及其行为呈现——调节聚焦影响视角

【摘要】：将漠视性和破坏性行为加以整合,提出"非期望环境行为"的概念,区分了非期望环境行为的3种类型:自发型、跟随型、防御型,并探讨了其行为呈现。鉴于行为与个体心理偏好及关注点的相关性,进一步分析调节聚焦对非期望环境行为的影响。通过对474名大学生的调查与分析显示:个体非期望环境行为总体发生率为50.5%,具有高发特征,其中自发型非期望环境行为发生率达32.9%,占比最高;常态发生(得分=4)非期望环境行为的个体占比为21.0%,其中46.3%为防御型非期望环境行为;预防聚焦对非期望环境行为总体有显著负向预测作用,促进聚焦对跟随型非期望环境行为有显著负向预测作用;调节聚焦为"双低型"的个体,最容易发生非期望环境行为,且出现"翘尾"现象。据此,从非期望环境行为发生动机出发,结合调节聚焦的影响特征对非期望环境行为的干预提出建议。
[Abstract]:The concept of "undesired environmental behavior" is put forward by integrating disregard and destructive behavior. Three types of undesired environmental behavior are distinguished: self-styling, following-up and defensive, and their behavior presentation is also discussed. In view of the correlation between behavior and individual psychological preferences and concerns, the influence of regulatory focus on undesired environmental behavior was further analyzed. The investigation and analysis of 474 college students showed that the overall incidence of undesired environmental behavior was 50.5%, which was characterized by high incidence, among which the incidence of spontaneous undesired environmental behavior was 32.9%, accounting for the highest. The percentage of individuals with normal occurrence (score = 4) of undesired environmental behavior was 21.0%, and 46.3% of them were defensive undesired environmental behavior. Preventive focus has a significant negative predictive effect on undesired environmental behavior, and promotes focusing has a significant negative predictive effect on follow-up undesired environmental behavior. The undesired environmental behavior is most likely to occur in individuals who focus on the "double low" type, and the phenomenon of "tail-warping" occurs. Therefore, based on the motivation of undesired environmental behavior and the influence characteristics of regulatory focus, some suggestions are put forward for the intervention of undesired environmental behavior.
