实践关系视野中的婚姻信任危机研究

【摘要】：婚姻信任危机的出现是当今社会婚姻中普遍存在的问题,研究这个问题对于构建和谐的婚姻关系以及维系整个社会的稳定都有重要的作用。论文通过对婚姻信任问题的阐释,试图寻求实现婚姻中信任危机和解的方法。婚姻是以两性关系为核心,并以繁衍后代为基本目的的一种社会现象。婚姻中的信任是婚姻主体在日常的生活体验和双方交往活动中所感受到的一种生活的持续性和惯常性,从而能够对生活环境以及另一方的态度、行为做出合理预期,并且从这种预期中感受到一种安全感和可靠感,同时对夫妻关系生发出一种稳定的心理和情感认定。婚姻中的信任危机是由于共同的价值认同和夫妻关系稳定的心理和情感依存的缺失,所导致的信任的无能为力。它是“信任异化”的一种表现,从根本上是人本身的异化。摆脱信任异化,实现婚姻中信任危机的和解,不仅是人的本质要求,更是人的本质实现的现实条件。婚姻中的信任是一种关系性的存在,在本质上是内生于生活实践的,婚姻信任双方之间的关系是一种交互主体际性的关系,他们在实践中互构着。婚姻关系的形成与演变都能在实践关系中找到其现实联系。婚姻主体间的信任关系受到生活实践变迁所带来的交往结构、生活范式、规范制度和文化价值的变迁的深刻影响。当今的婚姻信任危机是现代工业社会转型期,婚姻主体际“生活世界”的内在分裂的现实展现。婚姻中信任危机的和解是立足于婚姻主体在生活实践中的具体境遇而试图实现的一种人与人之间矛盾关系的和解。婚姻主体面对社会交往系统的日益复杂和“生活世界”的现实“萎缩”,婚姻信任危机和解要立根于婚姻的“正当性”尺度,即回归婚姻的生活实践本质,在“生活世界”整合的基础上积极建构开放的共生公正的“生活范式”,营造相互信任的婚姻环境。同时,实现婚姻中信任危机的和解,也要立根于婚姻主体的自觉,要通过意志的自律重塑主体的理性和道德性,从而实现婚姻主体人格构架的“应当性”。立根于婚姻的“正当性”和“应当性”,婚姻关系要以爱情为纽带实现彼此之间的深层认同,从而成为彼此生命灵魂和价值精神的共在,只有这样,婚姻主体在可能在生活实践中成为“合二为一”的存在,从而扬弃婚姻中的信任异化,实现婚姻中真实的信任。
