“追求思想和创造思想”之佳作——读刘作翔教授《思想的碎片》及《思想的记录》

【摘要】：正笔者有幸以后学之身份一睹刘作翔前辈学术巨作《思想的碎片——刘作翔法学言论选》及《思想的记录——刘作翔法学演讲选》之风采。刘老师较为侧重于"知行合一"的为学风格,穷其全部之精力献身于法学,读书万卷,践行万里,为学严谨而敏于思考,终成两部思想巅峰之作而刊见于世,令人敬仰。刘老师曾言:"在越来越功利化的世界里,人们都在追逐物质、金钱、权力等这些有形的东西,又有多少人会去追求思想这种不能吃、不能喝、不能带来个人荣禄
[Abstract]:The author has the privilege of learning in the future to see the style of Liu Zuoxiang's academic masterpiece "fragments of thought-selection of Liu Zuoxiang's legal speech" and "record of thought-Liu Zuoxiang's selection of legal speeches". Teacher Liu is more focused on the learning style of "the unity of knowledge and practice", poor all his energy devoted to law, reading ten thousand volumes, practicing ten thousand miles, in order to learn rigorous and sensitive to thinking, finally into two ideological peak works and published in the world, admirable. Liu once said: "in a more and more utilitarian world, people are chasing material, money, power and other tangible things, and how many people will pursue ideas that can not be eaten, can not drink, can not bring personal honor."
