人类组织化生存:动因、图景与未来——需求溢出理论的广义社会组织论

【摘要】：需求溢出理论认为,经由智商强化和群商强化的进化路径,个人的需求溢出推动了人类社会的组织化,进而催生出四大类广义社会组织。这四类社会组织解决个人需求溢出问题的基本功能路径各不相同:血亲组织以天伦利他为基本功能路径,营利组织以交换利他为基本功能路径,非营利组织以志愿利他为基本功能路径,政权组织以强制利他为基本功能路径。同时,为了使组织获得最佳资源效率,每一类社会组织在其基本功能路径之外还混搭或嵌入不同比例的其他功能路径,从而形成了各类组织间的渐变过渡和功能嵌入的图景。人类社会的组织化始于血亲组织,血亲组织又孵化出营利组织、非营利组织和政权组织。最终,血亲组织会因其功能逐渐移出给其他三类组织而消亡。社会组织的现代化的过程是实际上是其血亲组织色彩渐渐变淡的过程,而治理的现代化过程也即治理主体的去血亲化的过程。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of demand overflow, through the development path of the strengthening of the intelligence quotient and the strengthening of the group business, the overflow of the individual's needs has promoted the organization of the human society, and then the four broad social organizations are derived. The basic function paths of the four types of social organizations to solve the problem of personal demand overflow are different: the blood pro-organization takes Tianlun Lihe as the basic function path and the profit-making organization to exchange altruism as the basic function path, and the non-profit organization takes the volunteer as the basic function path, The regime's organization to force him to serve as a basic function. At the same time, in order to achieve the best resource efficiency of the organization, each type of social organization is mixed or embedded in different proportion of other functional paths in addition to its basic function path, thus forming a picture of gradual transition and function embedding among the various organizations. The organization of the human society begins with the blood pro-organization, the blood pro-organization and the incubation of the profit-making organization, the non-profit organization and the regime organization. In the end, the blood pro-organization will die out of the other three groups due to its function. The process of the modernization of social organization is the process of gradually changing the color of its blood pro-organization, and the modern process of governance is the process of the body's deblood.
