单位成员心理失衡的正负影响及调控策略

【摘要】:正心理失衡是管理心理学研究的一项重要内容。单位成员心理失衡带来的影响有负面的,也有正面的,但从历史及现实来看,总体是弊大于利。当今社会竞争压力不断加大,单位成员的工作压力、生活压力也不断加大,心理失衡问题也日趋严重。为了进一步提升单位管理的现代化水平,增强单位的和谐度和凝聚力,提高员工的工作积极性和工作效率,需要单位领导对单位成员心理失衡问题高度重视并及时加以调控。
[Abstract]:Positive psychological imbalance is an important part of management psychology research. The psychological imbalance of unit members has both negative and positive effects, but from the historical and realistic point of view, the overall disadvantages outweigh the advantages. Nowadays, the pressure of social competition is increasing, the pressure of work and life of unit members is also increasing, and the problem of psychological imbalance is becoming more and more serious. In order to further improve the modernization level of unit management, enhance the harmony and cohesion of the unit, and improve the work enthusiasm and efficiency of employees, it is necessary for unit leaders to attach great importance to and control the psychological imbalance of unit members in a timely manner.
