软实力时代的人文科学:人文科学与软实力关系探究

【摘要】：软实力的核心是文化,在谈及"软实力论"时,应该尤为重视文化能力。从本质上来说,所有人文科学都应该具有超越国界的普世价值。文化并无主权或所有权可言,而是全人类共同的财富。软实力不应成为个别国家或民族确保利益的工具,而应该超越国界,克服地区主义,成为探求人类社会普遍真理的有效手段。
[Abstract]:The core of soft power is culture. When talking about the theory of soft strength, we should pay special attention to cultural ability. In essence, all humanities should have universal value that transcends national boundaries. Culture has no sovereignty or ownership, but the common wealth of all mankind. Soft power should not be a tool for individual countries or nations to ensure their interests, but should transcend national boundaries, overcome regionalism and become an effective means to explore the universal truth of human society.
