俄勒冈职业兴趣量表(ORVIS)的初步修订

【摘要】:职业兴趣量表作为探索职业兴趣的测量工具,在大学生就业指导中有着不可替代的作用。俄勒冈职业兴趣量表(Oregon Vocational Interest Scales,ORVIS)由美国著名的心理学家L.R.Goldberg开发,本研究对俄勒冈职业兴趣量表(ORVIS)进行修订。 在江苏省的苏北、苏中和苏南随机抽取1082名在校大学生为被试,经过翻译和三次修订,最终得到了ORVIS中文版正式量表,并建立了性别常模和专业类型常模,具体的研究结果如下: (1)项目:三次修订共删除英文原量表中的11个项日。中文版正式量表包含8个维度:领导力、组织力、助人、创造力、分析力、制造力、冒险、博学,共85个项目,其中4道测谎题,所有项目均采用5点记分。 (2)信度:中文版量表的总体内部一致性α系数为0.927,8个维度的内部一致性α系数在0.725-0.831之间,平均α系数为0.789;间隔两周后的重测信度在0.798-0.856之间,平均值为0.834。 (3)效度:内容效度:量农来自于国际人格项目库(International Personality ItemPool,IPIP),同时中文版量表经过多位心理学专家的修改和审查,保证了良好的内容效度。 结构效度:各维度之间的相关在0.1-0.6之间;各维度与总分之间相关在0.3-0.8之间;层面题项加总探索性因素分析结果显示KMO值为0.809,Bartlett's球形检验达到了显著水平(p=0.000),抽取8个因素解释总变异的84.72%,各因素所包含的子维度与英文原量表编制的结构一致。 效标效度:量表能区分不同专业类型的职业兴趣;对等性与满意度以及是否换专业等效标之间存在显著相关
[Abstract]:As a measuring tool to explore vocational interest, occupational interest scale plays an irreplaceable role in college students' employment guidance. The Oregon Occupational interest scale (Oregon Vocational Interest Scales,ORVIS) was developed by L.R.Goldberg, a famous American psychologist. In this study, the Oregon Occupational interest scale (ORVIS) was revised. 1082 college students were randomly selected from northern Jiangsu, central Jiangsu and southern Jiangsu province as subjects. After translation and three revisions, the ORVIS Chinese version of the formal scale was obtained, and the gender norm and professional type norm were established. The specific results are as follows: (1) items: 11 items from the original English scale were deleted three times. The Chinese version of the formal scale consists of eight dimensions: leadership, organizational power, helping others, creativity, analytical power, manufacturing power, adventure, erudicism, a total of 85 items, including 4 lie detection questions, all of which are scored at 5 points. (2) Reliability: the overall internal consistency 伪 coefficient of the Chinese version of the scale is 0.927, the internal consistency 伪 coefficient of 8 dimensions is 0.725 鈮,
