新生代农民工社会认同动机与社会认同类型的关系

【摘要】:2001年,“新生代农民工”的概念被中国社科院王春光研究员进行首次界定,自此,,有关新生代农民工的课题研究层出不穷。以往研究表明,新生代农民工出现社会认同冲突现象,这不仅会给他们的身心造成很大的伤害,也是社会安定团结的潜在威胁。探索影响社会认同类型的动机,对于控制和改善新生代农民工社会认同冲突的产生,保证农民工更好的融入城市生活。从经济学角度分析社会认同产生的原因,只能对其进行外部剖析,社会心理学才能揭示社会认同的内在心理机制。 本论文从心理学角度分析,通过访谈法、内隐联想测验和自编社会认同动机问卷,对316名新生代农民工展开调查研究,全面分析新生代农民工社会认同类型和动机两者之间的关系,并通过改变动机维度(提高自尊)验证了社会认同动机对社会认同类型的影响。综合整个研究,得出如下结论: (1)自编社会认同动机问卷能够有效测量动机的五个维度即提高自尊、归属需要、个性化需要、降低无常感、缓解死亡感,具有良好的项目区分能力和信效度指标,可以用于正式施测。 (2)新生代农民工社会认同类型的主导动机不同,表现为内城外城型主导动机为归属需要,内农外农型主导动机为提高自尊,内城外农型主导动机为归属需要,内农外城型主导动机为提高自尊,即提高自尊和归属需要两种动机是影响社会认同类型的主导动机。认同动机强度水平在不同认同类型上呈现出内农外城>内城外农>内城外城>内农外农的趋势。 (3)新生代农民工社会认同动机在社会认同一致组与不一致的作用不同,表现在提高自尊和归属需要两个维度上差异明显,社会认同一致组的动机水平明显低于不一致组。 (4)满足新生代农民工的提高自尊动机,可在一定程度上使其社会认同类型发生改变,达到内外一致。

[Abstract]:In 2001, the concept of "new generation of migrant workers" was defined for the first time by Wang Chunguang, researcher of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Since then, the research on the new generation of migrant workers has emerged in endlessly. Previous studies have shown that the new generation of migrant workers appear social identity conflict, which will not only cause great harm to their body and mind, but also a potential threat to social stability and unity. To explore the motivation that affects the types of social identity is to control and improve the emergence of the social identity conflict of the new generation of migrant workers and to ensure that migrant workers are better integrated into urban life. To analyze the causes of social identity from the economic point of view, only by external analysis, social psychology can reveal the internal psychological mechanism of social identity. From the psychological point of view, through interview, implicit association test and self-designed social identity motivation questionnaire, this paper investigates 316 new generation migrant workers, comprehensively analyzes the relationship between the social identity type and motivation of the new generation migrant workers, and verifies the influence of social identity motivation on the social identity type by changing the motivation dimension (improving self-esteem). Based on the whole study, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the self-designed social identity motivation questionnaire can effectively measure the five dimensions of motivation, that is, to improve self-esteem, belonging needs, personalized needs, reduce the sense of irregularity, alleviate the sense of death, has a good ability to distinguish items and reliability and validity indicators, can be used for formal testing. (2) the dominant motivation of the social identity type of the new generation migrant workers is different, which shows that the dominant motivation of the inner and outer cities is the need of belonging, the dominant motivation of the inner and outer peasants is to improve self-esteem, the dominant motivation of the inner and outer cities is to improve the self-esteem, that is to say, the two motivations of improving self-esteem and belonging are the leading motivations that affect the types of social identity. The intensity level of identity motivation showed the trend of inner agriculture and outer city > inner city and outer city > inner agriculture and foreign farmers in different types of identity. (3) the role of the social identity motivation of the new generation migrant workers is different from that of the social identity consistency group, which is manifested in the two dimensions of improving self-esteem and belonging needs, and the motivation level of the social identity consistency group is significantly lower than that of the inconsistent group. (4) to meet the self-esteem motivation of the new generation of migrant workers, the types of social identity can be changed to a certain extent, and the internal and external consistency can be achieved.
