失地事件下青年人面临的人际压力——基于生命历程理论视角的分析

【摘要】：运用生命历程理论分析了城镇化背景下的失地事件与失地青年的人际压力。结果显示:失地青年正在经历着原有生活群体、职场与家庭代际三重人际关系变迁,这些变迁给失地青年带来了新的人际关系压力;失地事件、个体发展需求及个体认知差异是失地青年人际压力感变动的基本原因;控制失地青年人际压力范围,将压力转变为失地青年融入城市的动力,可以更有效地推进新型城镇化战略。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of life course, this paper analyzes the land loss events and the interpersonal pressure of the lost youth under the background of urbanization. The results show that the lost youth are experiencing the changes of the original living group, the workplace and the family generation, which bring new interpersonal pressure to the lost youth, and the loss of land events, individual development needs and individual cognitive differences are the basic reasons for the change of interpersonal stress of the lost youth. Controlling the range of interpersonal pressure of landless youth and changing the pressure into the motive force of the integration of landless youth into the city can promote the new urbanization strategy more effectively.
