身份和地位对低地位外籍人士(LSE)适应性和调整性影响的研究 ——基于社会认同理论

在当前全球化时代,与外派任务失败相关的成本仍然是许多跨国公司面临的重大挑战。虽然之前的研究认为外派任务的结果与外籍人员环境适应能力有关,而这种能力受到外籍人员与同伴人员之间关系的影响。本研究旨在调查外籍人士移居国外时,地位和身份对其环境适应性和调整性的影响。尽管最近的研究表明外籍人士认为他们的身份会影响东道国国民对其看法,但学术研究很少对身份和地位的重要性进行研究。此外,很少有研究对东道国在外籍人员适应性中产生的作用进行分析,虽然在东道国本身会对外籍人员相关业务目标能否实现产生影响。因此,本研究首先考察了身份和地位是否对目前在中国工作的外籍人士的任务完成产生影响,通过研究其对决定任务成功与否的因素的影响进行分析。其次,本研究探讨了外籍人士对东道国政府的看法是否有助于他们取得成功的问题。本文在研究中采用定量研究方法,使用结构方程模型(SEM)来分析和测试研究模型,以探索所提出的影响关系的重要性。通过使用基于网络的调查问卷,我们收集了目前在中国不同省份的不同跨国公司工作的420名外籍人士的数据,其中366人正确填写并完成问卷,占比83%。为了实现本研究的主要目标,问卷调查对象主要来自发展中...
