【摘要】：胡锦涛同志是继毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民之后党中央领导集体的核心。在其担任中共中央总书记的10余年间（2002—2012年），中国的对外文化交流局面进一步拓展、深入，并在实践中取得了重大成就，开创了中国文化“走向世界”的良好态势。胡锦涛对外文化交流思想是对马克思主义对外文化交流理论的继承和发展，西方“文化软实力”理论也对胡锦涛对外文化交流思想的形成产生了一定的影响。和平与发展的时代环境和改革开放的实践为胡锦涛对外文化思想的形成奠定了现实的环境。胡锦涛对外文化交流思想的内容围绕着增强中国“文化软实力”这一要求而展开，既包括全方位、宽领域、多渠道推动中华文化走向世界，在世界各国兴建“孔子学院”，设立“中国文化中心”等立足于国外的措施，也包括积极开展对外文化交流促进我国文化产业发展，增强我国文化产业竞争力。在胡锦涛对外文化交流思想的指导下，新世纪以来中国的对外文化交流取得了重大成就，中国文化的国际影响力和感召力显著增强，开创了中国对外文化交流的良好局面。本文采用文献研究、归纳分析等研究方法展开对胡锦涛对外文化交流思想的研究。全文由五个部分内容构成，第一部分为绪论，阐述论文选题的意义、目的，详述目前学界针对此课题的研究现状及趋势，简要说明本文的研究方法，，概述本文的主要内容。第二部分为基础理论阐释，主要概括说明“什么是对外文化交流？”，并阐述当今时代一个国家、一个民族开展对外文化交流的重要意义。其次对“胡锦涛对外文化交流”的内涵做出扼要界定。第三部分系统阐述胡锦涛对外文化交流思想形成的时代背景、依据以及过程。第四部分详细归纳胡锦涛对外文化交流思想的内容，并从理论上总结其特征。第五部分主要从理论和实践的角度总结胡锦涛对外文化交流思想的价值所在，并阐述结胡锦涛对外文化交流思想对我国当前建设“社会主义文化强国”所起到的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Comrade Hu Jintao is the core of the collective leadership of the CPC Central Committee after Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Deng Xiaoping.
