中缅边境地区生态环境治理的法律问题及其对策

【摘要】：随着我国"一带一路"战略的发展,对外开放格局的不断升级,近年来,云南经济发展迎来了良好的契机。中缅边境地区生态环境条件优渥,但是在经济发展的同时,由于边境生态环境法律的缺失和不足、执法面临困难等原因,中缅边境的生态环境遭到了一定程度的破坏。面对出现的问题,需要通过完善两国立法,建立中缅边境生态环境保护合作机制,提升中缅边境地区环境执法能力等措施,解决该地区的环境问题,保护该地区生态环境。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's "Belt and Road" strategy and the continuous upgrading of the pattern of opening to the outside world, Yunnan's economic development has ushered in a good opportunity in recent years. But at the same time of economic development, due to the lack and insufficiency of the border ecological environment law, law enforcement difficulties and other reasons, the Sino-Myanmar border ecological environment has been destroyed to a certain extent, facing the problems. It is necessary to solve the environmental problems and protect the ecological environment in the Sino-Myanmar border area by perfecting the legislation of the two countries, establishing the cooperation mechanism of ecological environment protection between China and Myanmar, and improving the ability of environmental law enforcement in the Sino-Myanmar border area.
