欧洲一体化之船驶向何方——当前欧盟的多重危机与重大不确定性

【摘要】：国际政治经济格局快速演化,欧盟过去几十年快速一体化所积累起来的问题也日渐暴露。在欧债危机、难民潮、国际恐怖主义袭击、民粹主义力量崛起等因素的冲击下,欧盟内部出现分化,社会问题开始暴露,欧盟民主赤字问题更加突出,全民公投情形下的过度政治参与往往导致极端的结果,民粹主义势力的崛起则表明欧洲社会思潮的右倾化和保守化,这与欧洲一体化的发展方向是背道而驰的。欧盟曾经被视为一艘没有固定航向的船,目前形势则表明欧洲一体化之船正航行在布满险滩和雾霾的航道上。
[Abstract]:The rapid evolution of international political and economic patterns and the problems accumulated by the rapid integration of the European Union over the past few decades have been increasingly exposed. Under the impact of the European debt crisis, refugee flows, international terrorist attacks, the rise of populist forces, and other factors, There are divisions within the EU, social problems are beginning to be exposed, the problem of the EU's democratic deficit is even more prominent, and excessive political participation in the context of referendums often leads to extreme results. The rise of populist forces is a sign of the rightist and conservative trend of European social thought, which runs counter to the direction of European integration. The European Union was once seen as a ship with no fixed course. The current situation shows that the European integration ship is sailing on the waterway full of dangerous shoals and haze.
