【摘要】：可持续安全目前已成为中国国家安全的新理念。习近平主席近期在上海亚信峰会的重要讲话,提出了共同、综合、合作、可持续安全的亚洲安全观。这可以概括为可持续安全四项基本原则,堪称是对和平共处五项原则的继承和发展。理解可持续安全的真谛,有必要从国际战略的视角予以解读。邓小平30年前提出的两大时代主题——和平与发展,伴随国际安全形势的变化,如今可以概括为安全与发展。可持续安全与可持续发展同样重要。非传统国际格局的出现及矛盾激化,迫使美国调整在传统国际格局内的政策优先顺序。中美谋求可持续安全有利于新型大国关系的建立与发展。中国弘扬可持续安全理念可大有作为。
[Abstract]:Sustainable security has now become a new concept of China's national security.
