中国的国家定位及欧亚战略

【摘要】：随着中国的成长与力量的不断上升,中国终究要发展成为一个全球大国。然而,当下中国只能定位于一个欧亚地区大国而非全球大国。作为一个欧亚大国,必须要有清晰的欧亚战略。中国的欧亚战略一要考虑发展,二要考虑安全。从发展层面上看,"一带一路"是中国欧亚战略的核心;从安全层面上看,立足欧亚大陆,全面建设与俄罗斯及欧盟的战略伙伴关系,避免与美国的战略碰撞是中国欧亚战略的关键所在。
[Abstract]:With China's growth and rising power, China will eventually develop into a global power. However, at present, China can only be positioned as a Eurasian, not a global power. As a Eurasian power, There must be a clear Eurasian strategy. China's Eurasian strategy must consider development and security. From a development perspective, "Belt and Road" is the core of China's Eurasian strategy; from a security perspective, it should be based on Eurasia. The key to China's Eurasian strategy is to build a strategic partnership with Russia and the European Union and avoid strategic collision with the United States.
