罗尔斯正义理论中的教育思想研究

【摘要】: 在现代西方正义领域研究当中,罗尔斯对正义理论的研究可谓卓越显著。因而,绝大部分学者普遍关注罗尔斯正义理论,并进行了深刻的剖析,而很少有人注意到他本人在教育方面的一些阐述。在教育界中,即使有人谈及罗尔斯,也多半是针对他提出的正义的两个原则下的教育公平问题,只是将其作为文献引用或是理论支撑,却忽视了在此之外的一些教育思想,如家庭教育中妇女地位的提升对下一代人的意义,父母对孩子道德情感的教育,公平正义的社会政治制度产生的教育作用等等。由此可见,弄清罗尔斯在正义理论下提出的教育思想究竟是什么,它在罗尔斯正义理论中到底处于何种地位等问题,不仅能够丰富我国的教育公平理论,建构当代中国教育公平体系,还对解决我国在建立社会主义市场经济过程中遇到的教育公平的现实问题具有重要意义。 本文主要从《正义论》(A Theory of Justice)、《作为公平的正义——正义新论》(Justice as Fairness: A Restatement)、《政治自由主义》(Political Liberalism)、《万民法》(The Law of Peoples)这几本罗尔斯的主要著作和万俊人、何怀宏、姚大志等人对罗尔斯的正义理论分析的基础上,来梳理罗尔斯教育思想的理论前提与逻辑结构,分析教育思想的具体内容、产生的影响,并对其进行个人粗浅的评价。其中罗尔斯正义理论中的教育思想的内容是本文的重点,通过对其教育话语进行系统的文本分析,以期从新的视角对罗尔斯正义理论中的教育思想进行再认识。 本文首先从罗尔斯的亲身经历以及他对传统功利主义“最大多数人最大幸福”口号支撑下的教育公正观的不满,分析了罗尔斯教育思想产生的动因。接下来结合罗尔斯正义理论,寻找其教育思想的理论支撑。在本文的第二部分,本人主要从正义制度下的教育思想、正义观下家庭团体中的教育思想、教育的价值三方面来详细分析罗尔斯的教育思想。最后,对罗尔斯正义理论下的教育思想产生的影响和对其教育思想的评价作以简单描述。
[Abstract]:In the field of modern western justice, Rawls' research on justice theory is remarkable. Therefore, most scholars generally pay attention to Rawls' theory of justice, and deeply analyze it. And little attention has been paid to some of his own expositions on education. In education, even when it comes to Rawls, it is mostly about the equity of education under the two principles of justice, It is cited as literature or theoretical support, but it ignores some educational thoughts, such as the significance of the advancement of women's status in family education to the next generation, parents' education of children's moral feelings. The educational function of the fair and just social and political system and so on. From this we can see that it is clear what kind of educational thought Rawls put forward under the theory of justice, and what kind of position it is in in Rawls' theory of justice, and so on. It can not only enrich the theory of educational fairness in our country and construct the educational fair system of contemporary China, but also solve the realistic problems of educational fairness in the course of establishing socialist market economy. This paper is mainly based on the main works of Rawls by A Theory of Justice, A Theory of Justiceof Justice, A Restoration of Justice: a Restoration, political Liberals, the Law of the Peoples and the Law of people. On the basis of Yao Dazhi's analysis of Rawls' theory of justice, this paper analyzes the theoretical premise and logical structure of Rawls' educational thought, analyzes the concrete content of educational thought and its influence. Among them, the content of Rawls' educational thought in justice theory is the focus of this paper, through the systematic text analysis of his educational discourse, With a view to a new perspective on Rawls' theory of education in the theory of justice to re-understand. First of all, from Rawls' personal experience and his dissatisfaction with the traditional utilitarian slogan "most people are the happiest" supported by the concept of education justice, The author analyzes the causes of Rawls' educational thought, then combines Rawls' theory of justice to find the theoretical support of Rawls' educational thought. In the second part of this paper, I mainly analyze the educational thought under the system of justice. This paper analyzes Rawls' educational thought in detail from three aspects: the educational thought in the family group and the value of education. Finally, the influence of Rawls' educational thought under the theory of justice and the evaluation of his educational thought are briefly described.
