“特朗普冲击波”下的拉美政策应对

【摘要】：特朗普就任美国总统后,在移民、贸易政策上的调整思路呈现出明显的趋紧态势,而特殊的地缘关系以及拉美经济对美国的高度依赖使得拉美成为受"特朗普新政"冲击最明显的地区。为应对特朗普政府对外政策的不利影响,拉美主要大国在聚焦本地区内部市场的同时,也开始探索加快跨区域合作的节奏,尽可能地对冲特朗普政策的不确定性及其对拉美经济的负面影响。
[Abstract]:After Trump became President of the United States, the train of thought in the adjustment of immigration and trade policy has shown an obvious tightening trend. The special geographical relationship and the high dependence of Latin American economies on the United States have made Latin America the region most affected by the "Trump New deal." in response to the adverse impact of the Trump administration's foreign policy, While focusing on the region's internal markets, Latin America's major powers are also exploring ways to speed up cross-regional cooperation to hedge as far as possible the uncertainty of Trump's policies and their negative impact on Latin America's economy.
