21世纪中国对非援助的必要性及对策

【摘要】：进入21世纪,随着中国经济的发展,中国给予非洲的援助达到一个历史新高度,中国的企业与各类人员也越来越多地走进非洲,中非关系进入了一个新时期。但同时,中国对非援助中还存在一些亟待解决的问题。为进一步提高新形势下对非援助的水平,应从以下方面考虑21世纪对非援助工作:与非洲国家加强磋商、合作,积极参与国际规则的制定;在对非援助中,继续加强文化教育合作;熟悉和了解非洲文化,本地化经营是发展方向;树立责任意识,自觉维护国家和民族的形象;建立企业非洲投资宏观环境评估体制和风险预警机制。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, with the development of China's economy, China's assistance to Africa reached a new height in history. Chinese enterprises and personnel of all kinds also increasingly entered Africa, and China-Africa relations entered a new period. But at the same time, In order to further improve the level of aid to Africa under the new situation, China should consider the following aspects of its assistance to Africa in 21th century: strengthening consultations and cooperation with African countries. Actively participate in the formulation of international rules; continue to strengthen cultural and educational cooperation in aid to Africa; familiarize and understand African culture; localize management is the direction of development; establish a sense of responsibility and consciously safeguard the image of the country and the nation; To establish a macro environmental assessment system and a risk early warning mechanism for enterprise investment in Africa.
