以色列与中国建交的历史考察——基于以色列国家档案馆涉华解密文件的解读

【摘要】：中华人民共和国成立仅两个多月之后,以色列便成为中东地区第一个承认中华人民共和国的国家。值得注意的是,两国在此后的40多年一直未能建交,其中美国因素和中国与阿拉伯国家关系是两个最重要的外部致因。以色列国家档案馆近年来解密的大批冷战时期涉华文件显示,无论是在以色列与中国接触之初,还是在两国关系进入"冰冻期",以色列就其对华政策都进行了相当多的思考与内部讨论。在不影响国家安全的大前提下,以色列始终把与中国建交视为其获得亚洲和第三世界承认的关键一环,所以大部分时间都坚持对华接触路线,并为之做出一系列相应的努力。随着国际形势的转变,以色列逐渐在20世纪80年代末通过推进双边民间往来,以及借助美国、国际组织等间接渠道推进对华关系,两国最终于1992年建立大使级外交关系。
[Abstract]:Just over two months after the founding of the people's Republic of China, Israel became the first country in the Middle East to recognize the people's Republic of China. Among them, the United States factor and the relations between China and Arab countries are the two most important external causes. A large number of documents concerning China during the Cold War period declassified by the Israeli National Archives in recent years show that, no matter at the beginning of Israel's contacts with China, Still while relations between the two countries have entered a "frozen period," Israel has conducted considerable thinking and internal discussions on its China policy. Without affecting national security, Israel has always regarded the establishment of diplomatic relations with China as a key link in its recognition in Asia and the third World, so it has adhered to the line of contact with China for most of the time and made a series of corresponding efforts for it. As the international situation changes, At the end of 1980s, Israel gradually promoted its relations with China through bilateral private exchanges and indirect channels such as the United States and international organizations. The two countries finally established diplomatic relations at the ambassadorial level in 1992.
