大国崛起历史经验的反思及其对中国的启示

【摘要】：大国崛起是一个民族国家跨越式发展的系统工程。任何一个大国的崛起,不仅体现为国家综合实力的增强,还会引起国际政治体系和结构的系统变革,改变人类历史的发展进程。葡萄牙和西班牙的崛起,拉开了大航海时代、全球化时代的序幕。以英国为代表的欧洲列强的崛起,宣告了工业化时代的来临,工业经济、世界市场、国际关系、民族国家、殖民地化等成为人类社会面临的新事物。第二次世界大战后,美苏崛起标志着国际关系发展已经进入超级大国时代,民族解放、非殖民地化、民主化、冷战、信息化、航空航天、和平与发展等成为时代发展的主题。探索大国崛起的历史经验具有重大理论与现实意义,它要求我们站在人类文明发展的高度,以历史的眼光和全球的视野探索推动大国崛起的力量与途径,为当代中国的和平发展寻找镜鉴,破解中国在地缘结构、安全环境以及国际秩序架构等层面面临的难题。
[Abstract]:The rise of a great power is a systematic project for a nation-state to develop by leaps and bounds. The rise of any great power is not only reflected in the enhancement of the comprehensive strength of a country, but also causes systematic changes in the international political system and structure. The rise of Portugal and Spain opened the prelude to the era of great sailing and the era of globalization. The rise of the European powers, represented by Britain, declared the advent of the industrial age and the industrial economy. The world market, international relations, nation-state, colonization and so on have become new things facing human society. After the second World War, the rise of the United States and the Soviet Union marks that the development of international relations has entered the era of superpower, national liberation, and decolonization. Democratization, Cold War, Informatization, Aeronautics and Astronautics, Peace and Development have become the themes of the development of the times. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the historical experience of the rise of great powers, which requires us to stand at the height of the development of human civilization. This paper explores the forces and ways to promote the rise of great powers from the perspective of history and the world, to find a mirror for the peaceful development of contemporary China and to solve the problems that China faces in the aspects of geo-structure, security environment and international order structure.
